EPMA presents stellar Mexican and American photography from the comprehensive Bank of America Collection. In EPMA’s Woody and Gayle Hunt Family Gallery will appear American works by pioneering modernists and other twentieth-century photographers who traveled to Mexico, such as Edward and Brett Weston, Aaron Siskind, and Sally Gall, and their Mexican counterparts such as Manuel Álvarez Bravo and Graciela Iturbide. A complementary exhibition nearby in the Peter and Margaret de Wetter Gallery introduces compelling new work by leading contemporary Mexican photographers such as Karina Juárez, Ana Casas Broda, and Andrés Juárez Troncoso.
These exhibitions are provided by the Bank of America Art in Our Communities program. Educational programming for these exhibitions is supported in part by Texas Women for the Arts. What's Happening
