Peter and Margaret de Wetter Gallery

Join us on Friday, March 14 at the El Paso Museum of Art for the debut of The Same Air We Breathe by José Villalobos in the Peter and Margaret de Wetter Gallery. We invite you to the opening reception from 5-7 pm, where the artist will be present for remarks.

In this new body of work, José Villalobos addresses the ongoing threat to the protections and visibility of the LGBTQ+ and Latinx communities through photo portraits on silk, documented performance-based art, and sculpture.
