Volunteer with EPMA

Interested in volunteering? EPMA provides the following volunteer opportunities:

• Event helpers (Family Days, Chalk the Block, Day of the Dead, Winter Fest, etc.)
• Art School helpers (assist teaching artists with art camps, workshops, studio tours, etc.) (Requires a background check)
• EPMA Docent Program (lead art tours for students and adult groups – requires a crash course in art history and tour techniques provided by EPMA staff and a background check)

All volunteers must be at least 18 years old.

Intern with EPMA

Interested in an internship with EPMA? Semester-long opportunities are available in the following departments:

• Curatorial
• Education
• Museum Registration

If interested in Curatorial, please email your CV and a cover letter with a project proposal relating to EPMA’s collection or upcoming exhibitions to EPMACuratorial@elpasotexas.gov. If interested in Education or Registration, tell us about yourself, your educational pursuits and career aspirations by completing the following form.

Please be aware that currently all internship opportunities are unpaid. All interns must be at least 18 years old and require a background check.
