Parking garages are available for a fee around the downtown area. Visit www.parkopedia.com for parking locations and rate information. Garages closest to the Museum are JPMorgan Chase & Co. Garage, Mills Parking Garage, and One Civic Center Plaza Garage. Parking rates vary by location. Metered street parking available throughout downtown. Unless posted, all works may be photographed for personal use, but we have a few rules to protect our objects and to respect other visitors’ experiences.
Flash photography/videography is not permitted.
Photography is permitted for personal, noncommercial use only with small handheld cameras/devices. Any media coverage requires special permission. Tripods, monopods, gimbals, and other camera extensions, such as selfie sticks, are not permitted. Photography must be conducted without disruption to other visitors, Museum operations, or limitation to the accessibility of exhibitions, entrances/exits, doorways, and high-traffic areas. Visitors must remain behind stanchions and maintain a safe, non-touching distance from all works, cases, platforms, and pedestals. Photography of certain works on view may be prohibited. A no-photography symbol will be posted in the galleries or next to the work of art. If you are unsure, feel free to ask our front desk attendants for help.
Staged photography, with or without a hired professional photographer, is not permitted in the Museum without prior approval. This includes but is not limited to graduations, proms, engagement/bridal portraits, photoshoots, or weddings.
Images of works in EPMA’s collection are available for commercial and publishing use by request.

The El Paso Museum of Art is proud to be a Blue Star Museum. The program offers complimentary museum admission to active duty military personnel and their families, including National Guard and Reserve, between Armed Forces Day and Labor Day. Although our museum is free year-round, we are proud to take part in this program as an expression of gratitude to servicemembers and a reminder that the military community is welcome at our facility.
