INVOKING LIGHT

Artist, writer, and former teacher Becky Hendrick will document the two large-scale paintings in Invoking Light. Although created several years apart, they reflect and “answer” one another and invite viewers to appeal to spiritual and material forces in order to affect positive change. Through these and other works- paintings, installations, performances, etc.,-she will illustrate her creative process and products to express both serious (and on occasion, not-so-serious) content and intention
