Join us in celebrating Dia de los Muertos at the El Paso Museum of Art.
11 AM – 6 PM or while supplies last @ Judy Robison Terrace
Have fun making your own alebrije—a colorful creature from Mexican folk art! Using different animal parts and craft materials, kids and families can build imaginative creatures with wings, horns, tails, and more. Once finished, attach your creation to a wooden stick to turn it into a magical alebrije wand—perfect to wave during the parade or take home.
** 11 AM – 8 PM @ outside EPMA**
Visit the front of the El Paso Museum of Art to see giant calacas on view from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.—great for photos and a festive Día de los Muertos experience!
Support for EPMA’s Dia de los Muertos programming is provided by the Mellon Foundation, TapTap Send, and El Paso Museum of Art Foundation.
