Bienvenidos! Welcome to the Sala de Arte, a brand new space where you can view and make art, and visit with EPMA’s artist-in-residence, Luminarias de Arte, Marco Sanchez, and Laura Turón. Enjoy live art demonstrations, workshops with guest artists, and more. La Sala de Arte has something for visitors of all ages, including an infant and toddler area where little ones can play, learn and explore. Designed for all ages, Sala de Arte is open during museum hours. Family friendly restrooms with changing tables in all female and male restrooms.

Sala de Arte was designed by artist Staphany Garnica who earned her BFA from the University of Texas at El Paso in Painting and Graphic Design. She is an EPMA Teaching Artist leading classes, and youth camps. In the Art School Garnica designed the Ideas Unwrapped exhibition located in the Mac Rogers Fine Arts Gallery and Ginger Francis Seminar Room.
