Jazz has inspired 20th century artists with its rhythm, improvisation, and as a symbol of modern cultural exchange. Join us as we present the eclectic beats of the Juan Pedro Organ Trio for an EPMA exclusive album performance, Advice from a Cat.

Advice from a Cat, is a retrospective tapestry that explores the music artist’s classical compositional influences. The album was written and composed by Juan Pedro Macias and will be released exclusively at EPMA.

Juan Pedro Macias is an El Paso/Juarez based musician whose international performances include, Austria, Italy, England, Mexico and the Czech Republic. Recently attended jazz workshops in Chioggia, Italy, as part of the Venezia Jazz Festival with faculty of The New School of Jazz and Contemporary Music based in New York City.

Event is free and open to the public. EPMA Members receive priority seating. Please RSVP below.
